CHICAGO, Feb. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ MORN ]), a leading provider of independent investment research, today declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. The dividend is payable April 30, 2012 to shareholders of record as of April 13, 2012.
