Cubic Transportation Systems Names Ab Jenkins as General Counsel and Secretary
SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - Feb 16, 2012) - Cubic Transportation Systems, a subsidiary of Cubic Corporation (
Jenkins had previously served as senior counsel of ethics and compliance for Cubic Corporation.
As general counsel, Jenkins will work with management to plan and direct all aspects of the company's legal affairs, and help coordinate its legal activity worldwide. He also will provide legal counsel for contracts and subcontracts with domestic and international customers, agents and representatives.

Jenkins has been with Cubic since June 2003. He acted as primary legal counsel for Cubic Global Tracking Solutions and Cubic Security Systems in addition to managing the Cubic Corporation Ethics and Compliance program and providing legal support to Cubic Corporation and all its subsidiaries, including acquisitions, benefits, real estate and other corporate related support.
He is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received his juris doctorate, and of Brigham Young University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Japanese. During law school he also clerked for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney Office for the Southern District of California in San Diego, California.
