SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, Feb. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: [ TEL ]) today announced the $0.18 per share quarterly dividend for the second fiscal quarter of 2012 will be payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2012.  The dividend was approved by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting held on March 9, 2011.
