Parta Dialogue Grants Stock Options

MONTREAL AND PARIS, May 24, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - PARTA Dialogue Inc. (TSXV: PAD), expert in Social Media and Social Learning for businesses, announces it has granted a total of 3,040,000 Stock Options from its Incentive Stock Option Plan to directors, employees and consultants. Each whole Option will allow the holder to purchase an additional common share of Parta at the price of $0.10 for a period of 5 years.  Of these options, 1,325,000 were granted to directors, 715,000 were granted to employees and 1,000,000 were granted to consultants for services to be rendered in the next year. This grant of options is subject to appropriate regulatory approvals and the terms of Parta's Incentive Stock Option Plan.
