SAN JOSE, CA, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ - Mobile Data Corp. (OTCBB: MBYL) is cautioning the public about an illegal spam operation being conducted by a third party unknown to Mobile Data Corp. or its officers through the unauthorized distribution of company press releases and company information. Mobile Data Corp. does not condone the use of spam and demands that the responsible party immediately cease the illegal spam operation. Mobile Data Corp. is currently investigating the source of this illegal spam operation.  

Mobile Data Corp. encourages the public to thoroughly research an investment prior to making a financial commitment or seek the advice of a licensed broker prior to investing in its stock or any other company's stock.
