(NASDAQ: LVLT) today announced that it has signed an agreement with eSchool Solutions, an education software company based in Orlando, Fla., to improve that companya™s voice performance and facilitate a virtual training platform utilizing Level 3a™s content delivery network (CDN).

As a software provider to more than 600 school districts throughout the United States and Canada, eSchool Solutions requires services that facilitate high-quality communications with its customers and simplify interconnectivity amongst its various facilities. Under the new agreement, eSchool Solutions will use Level 3a™s enterprise voice services to improve voice capabilities and performance, while capitalizing on the inherent cost savings of IP-based voice services. In addition to comprehensive voice solutions, eSchool will use Level 3a™s CDN services for its new virtual training platform. Level 3a™s CDN will enable eSchool to offer remote access to crucial internal training tools, thereby improving organizational productivity.
