Craig Wireless Announces Change to Board of Directors

COACHELLA VALLEY, CA, Dec. 22 /CNW/ - Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. ("Craig Wireless" or the "Company") (TSX: CWG) today announced that William Fraser has notified the Company of his resignation as a director, effective immediately.

"We thank Bill for his many contributions to the board of directors and to the Company" said T. Boyd Craig, the President and CEO of Craig Wireless. "He brought valuable and extensive experience to Craig Wireless and we wish him well in his future endeavors."

The Company intends to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Fraser's resignation at or before its upcoming annual general and special meeting of shareholders.
