ManTech Awarded Contract with Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command

FAIRFAX, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ:MANT) ([ www.mantech.com ]), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs, today announced the company has received a contract with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Center Atlantic to perform technical support services required to augment command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance required by multiple Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a potential total value of $49.8 million, with an initial period of performance one year plus four option years.

A SPAWAR Atlantic partner for more than 15 years, ManTech will support the engineering and software integration of tactical systems for the Navy and USMC, which includes mobile, tactical and fixed-site vehicle systems, fleet management systems, procurement and lifecycle management programs. SPAWAR serves as war-fighting lab, offering IT products and services, engineering, and integration for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems as one of three acquisition commands for the U.S. Navy.
