Trans Global Group Files Financials for Third Quarter

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - May 26, 2010) - Trans Global Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ TGGI ]) has filed its financial statement for the quarter ending March 31, 2010 with the OTCIQ. The Company should be reinstated to a full Pink Sheets Status by opening tomorrow morning.

The Company has also accepted the resignation of Manuel Losada as CEO and Chairman of the Board. The Board is seeking an outside Board member to replace Mr. Losada that can give a fair and impartial opinion of its pending transaction with American Life Holding Co, Inc. ("ALFE"). ALFE has recently brought its financials current and is trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, a step necessary to complete the transaction.
