Standard & Poor's Initiates Factual Stock Report Coverage on COPsync Inc.
NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Standard & Poora™s announced today that it has commenced Factual Stock Report coverage on COPsync Inc.
COPsync, Inc. (OTCBB: COYN) develops and provides software designed to enhance productivity and quality of work and create a safer work environment for the public safety community through real-time, in-car, public safety offense and incident data collection and sharing. As of April 2010, there were over 4,000 police officers utilizing the company's product or whose agency was committed to utilizing its product, primarily in Texas. As of December 31, 2009, an additional 137 law enforcement agencies had executed COPsync's non-binding grant contingency agreement, under which those agencies commit to purchase COPsync's product if they can receive approval for funding grants that will cover the cost of hardware and any interfacing with existing software necessary to utilize the company's product.
