Linda Hanson Joins Echelon as Vice President of Corporate Marketing

SAN JOSE, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Echelon Corporation (NASDAQ:ELON) today announced that Linda Hanson has joined the company as Vice President of Corporate Marketing. In this role, Hanson will be responsible for building Echelon's worldwide corporate presence.

During her career, Hanson has held a variety of senior marketing positions including Vice President, Corporate Marketing at SkyPilot Networks and Director, Desktop (iPod, iMac, AirPort, e-commerce/retail Apple Store) Product Marketing at Apple in addition to product marketing roles at QMS and Computer Associates. Hanson holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Finance from Santa Clara University.
