MINNEAPOLIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Digi International® Inc. ] (Nasdaq: DGII) will release its financial results for its fiscal first quarter 2009 on Thursday, January 22, 2009 after market close, and will host a conference call later the same day, at 5:00 p.m. EST (4:00 p.m. CST), to discuss the results.
