CFR Welcomes Michael Horowitz and Prashant Yadav as Senior Fellows

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is pleased to welcome Michael Horowitz and Prashant Yadav to the David Rockefeller Studies Program, CFR's in-house think tank. As fellows, they will analyze
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has announced the appointment of Michael Horowitz and Prashant Yadav as Senior Fellows. Michael Horowitz, previously a professor at the University of Pennsylvania and a scholar at the Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies, will focus on emerging technologies and national security at CFR. His work includes research on military innovation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Prashant Yadav, who has extensive experience in global supply chains, will join the Maurice R. Greenberg Center for Geoeconomic Studies. His expertise lies in supply chain resilience, trade policy, and economic development, particularly in how these areas intersect with international security and economic stability. Both appointments aim to enhance CFR's analysis and policy recommendations in their respective fields.
