BEIJING, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vimicro International Corporation (NASDAQ: [ VIMC ]) ("Vimicro" or the "Company"), a leading PC-camera processor and IP-based surveillance solution provider, today announced that the Company will host a conference call to discuss unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012.

Vimicro senior management will host the conference call at 8:00 a.m. (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) / 5:00 a.m. (U.S. Pacific Standard Time) / 9:00 p.m. (Beijing / Hong Kong time) on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 to discuss the Company's third-quarter 2012 financial results.
