NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP ([ www.hfesq.com ]) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of JDA Software, Inc. ("JDA" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: [ JDAS ]) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by RedPrairie Corp. ("RedPrairie") in a transaction valued at approximately $1.9 billion.

On November 1, 2012, it was announced that JDA and RedPrairie have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which RedPrairie will acquire JDA.  Under the terms of the transaction, JDA shareholders will receive $45.00 in cash per share held.
