On June 29 Vitrolife (STO:VITR) announced that the company had entered into an agreement to acquire 100% ownership in Cryo Management Ltd. Vitrolife has now completed the transaction and Cryo Management Ltd is now a part of Vitrolife.

Cryo Management Ltd is one of the worldas leading players within time-lapse for IVF, developer of Primo Vision time-lapse embryo monitoring system. The company has approximately 20 employees and is based in Hungary. The acquisition was completed under essentially the same conditions as were communicated on June 29.
