Synodon Files Revised Interim Financial Statements and Interim Management's Discussion and Analysis
EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 27, 2012) - Synodon Inc. ("Synodon" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SYD), announced that it has filed revised interim financial statements and interim management's discussion and analysis for the first quarter period ended January 31, 2012. The revised statements include the required equity reconciliations as at November 1, 2010, January 31, 2012 and October 31, 2011 which are required disclosure for transition from Canadian GAAP to IFRS.
Synodon Inc.
