Illinois Casualty Company Signs Agreement With Symbilty

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 25, 2012) - Symbility Solutions Inc.®, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp.® (TSX VENTURE:AUT), provider of [ cloud-based claims technology ] using the most comprehensive data for the property and casualty insurance industry, is proud to announce that Illinois Casualty Company, a leader in providing insurance protection for the food and beverage industry since 1950, has signed a multi-year agreement to integrate Symbility into its operations.

"There were several factors that influenced our decision to go with Symbility. One of the most significant reasons is the fact that Symbility, unlike its competitors, is a web-based platform. This gives us the flexibility to access and utilize the software from any computer that has access to the web without being constrained by individual licensing restrictions," stated Dennis Sekharan, Claims Supervisor, Illinois Casualty Company. "We preferred the per-estimate pricing as opposed to a flat annual fee. This ensures we are only paying based on how much we use the software. We also found that because the estimates are based on diagrams, it was much easier to use, with extensive flexibility and much less cumbersome than its competitors."

Symbility Claims Connect®'s collaborative web-based workflow management solution will give Illinois Casualty unparalleled control and visibility of claims throughout the claim lifecycle. With no hardware to install or software to maintain, Illinois Casualty will be up and running with no delay and continue to provide their valued policyholders a better claims experience. With Symbility Mobile Claims®, Illinois Casualty will be able to enhance adjuster and third-party contractor productivity by using the most intuitive field estimating solution to quickly and accurately generate on-site estimates.

"Illinois Casualty joins the growing list of companies using Symbility's leading property insurance claims settlement solutions and we are proud to be their claims estimating platform of choice," commented James Swayze, CEO, Symbility Solutions. "The Symbility software-as-a-service cloud model ensures that Illinois Casualty has the capacity to meet demand as needed. It also ensures that the user base is running the latest version of the platform versus outmoded software requiring installation by disk."
