The name change was previously approved by shareholders. Effective Wednesday, January 4, 2012, Official Payments Holdings, Inc., will trade under the new Nasdaq ticker symbol aOPAYa. Official Payments Corporation remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Official Payments Holdings, Inc.
