"The addition of Marcus to the ISC8 management team builds on our long-term strategy to recruit top-level talent with diverse backgrounds to support the company's future growth needs," said Joll. "His financial acumen, coupled with his strategic legal experience, makes him well suited to assist us with opportunities for growth and to enhance value for our shareholders."

"I'm thrilled to join ISC8 at this exciting time," said Williams. "I like this company and its new management, and look forward to working with them to identify and deliver new opportunities to create shareholder value."

While in private law practice, Mr. Williams focused on M&A and financing transactions, as well as governance and select securities matters, primarily for IT services and government contracting companies.
