Beckley brings extensive experience spearheading mergers and acquisitions activities for both domestic and international companies, and developing the business and legal framework for affiliated enterprises.

Most recently, Beckley served as Executive Vice President, Business Development & General Counsel for TruePosition, Inc., a wireless location company owned by Liberty Media Corporation, where he served as head of the Business Development, Legal, Regulatory, and Technical Standards departments. While at TruePosition, he negotiated and drafted the business and legal framework for the first national deployment of the company's new technology and led the company's successful intellectual property litigation and licensing efforts.

Mr. Beckley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal, and received his M.A.R. from Yale Divinity School.
