Improvements Boost Supply Chain Management Efficiencies of Leading ISVs

The [ My-NEI ] online portal allows NEI customers to gain access to all information pertaining to the manufacture of their products, including inventory reports, orders, shipments, sales forecasts, and more, along with other time-saving features and services. Highlights of the recent enhancements to the My-NEI portal include:

  • International Visibility: With manufacturing facilities and technology support centers around the world, NEI performs international logistics services such as global shipping, inventory and finished goods management, and refurbishment capabilities. The portal has expanded its international accessibility to give customers complete visibility to manage, control and track these events around the world.
  • Improved Tracking: The newly revised portal makes it easier for customers to view the location and quantity of product ready and available for customer orders.  Real-time parts authorization and Work-in-Process and inventory stocking information are also available for viewing through a variety of screens.
  • Easier Navigation: NEI has a user-friendly GUI to streamline order inquires. Through the new Shipped Orders screen, customers have access to view any partially or completely filled order. They can also examine invoices and purchase orders that shipped within a particular range of dates, and drill down for greater details about each invoice/order (e.g., shipment tracking codes or serial numbers).
  • More Robust Reporting Features: The portal now enables customers to access a variety of interactive and static reports and files.
