Research conducted by Boston Research Group
MURRAY HILL, N.J., Nov. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Glowpoint, Inc. (OTCBB: GLOW), a leading global provider of [ cloud managed video services ], today announced that it received high marks from customers in a recent survey conducted by Boston Research Group (BRG).
In the survey, which was conducted from June to October 2011, customers were asked to rate their overall satisfaction with the company's services, as well as how likely they are to continue using the services and recommend them to colleagues. The results of the survey indicated:
- 100% of customers said that they were either 'very satisfied' or 'satisfied' with the service and support that they are receiving from Glowpoint
- 100% of customers indicated that they 'definitely will' or 'probably will' continue to use Glowpoint services
- Over 50% of the customers indicated that they would recommend Glowpoint services to friends or colleagues
Customers reported high satisfaction scores with specific elements of services from Glowpoint including pre-installation information and support, support during installation, the ability to correctly diagnose hardware and software problems, professionalism and courtesy, and timeliness for response with engineering support.
