Titus has been appointed to the CSRIC Next Generation Alerting Working Group, which will explore all aspects of next generation alerting and develop recommendations to the CSRIC regarding actions the FCC should take to promote deployment of next generation alerting systems. At TCS, he is responsible for the planning and operations of TCS' wireless messaging products, including Mobile Device Security, Short Message Service Center (SMSC) and Commercial Mobile Alert System (CMAS). He has more than 25 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of public and private sector real-time software systems, and he presently holds 15 patents across wireless messaging and location-based services.

He has over 20 years of experience in developing, deploying and defining strategies for a vast array of communication products, including computer telephony integration (CTI)-enabled software and hardware solutions.
Ocondi, a National Emergency Number Association (NENA)-certified Emergency Number Professional (ENP), has been appointed to the CSRIC Transition to NG9-1-1 Working Group, which will investigate issues such as changes or additions in 9-1-1 related VoIP standards and best practices and how NG9-1-1 architectures and technologies can improve 9-1-1 access for people with disabilities and non-English speaking communities. At TCS, she is responsible for the product development of standards-compliant NG9-1-1 solutions and generating customer-focused proposals for the public safety sector. She has 16 years of telecommunications experience working within incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs), competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) providers, as well as critical communications network providers such as TCS.
"TCS congratulates Mark, Firdaus and Judy on their appointment to these CSRIC Working Groups, as they help shape the future of emergency communications," said Dick Young, executive vice president and chief operating officer for TCS. "With these appointments, the FCC can expect to receive wise, relevant and up-to-date information and counsel as they chart a course to ensure secure, reliable and interoperable communications for the future."
