Iron Mountain Incorporated Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

BOSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the information management company, announced today that stockholders elected all eleven board-recommended nominees for director including first-time nominee, Allan Z. Loren. Long-time director Constantin R. Boden did not stand for re-election and retired from the board after 20 years of service.

In addition to electing the directors, Iron Mountaina™s stockholders, in line with the boarda™s unanimous recommendations, ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Companya™s independent public accounting firm and voted for the approval of a non-binding, advisory resolution approving the compensation of the Companya™s named executive officers and to hold a non-binding, advisory vote on the compensation of named executive officers every year.

Mr. Loren is currently an executive coach to chief executive officers. Mr. Loren served as both chairman and chief executive officer of Dun & Bradstreet (aD&Ba), a public company that is a leading source of commercial information and insight on businesses, from 2000 through 2004 and as chairman of D&B from January 2005 until May 2005.

Mr. Loren has served on the board of directors of PHH Corporation since 2009 and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Queens College Foundation, City University of New York. Mr. Loren previously served on the boards of directors of the following public companies: Fair Isaac Corporation, Hershey Foods, Reynolds & Reynolds, U.S. Cellular, and Venator Group (currently known as Foot Locker, Inc.).
