REDLINE COMMUNICATIONS CLOSES $8.3 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING
TORONTO, June 10, 2011 /CNW/ - Redline Communications Group Inc. (the "Corporation" or "Redline") (TSX: RDL), today announced that it has closed its previously announced private placement (the "Private Placement") of secured convertible debentures (the "Debentures") in an aggregate principal amount of $8,300,000 Cdn. under the terms and conditions outlined in the Corporation's press release dated April 20th, 2011. Participants in the financing are primarily existing shareholders, directors and senior management of the Corporation, and the net proceeds will be used to strengthen the Corporation's financial position.
This Private Placement follows the Corporation's announcement of positive earnings for the year ended December 31st, 2010 and for the three months ended March 31st, 2011, which continue to improve the Corporation's financial strength.
