Lock-Up Agreements Extended Until November 21, 2010
In connection with Convioa™s initial public offering, the underwriters and certain holders of Convioa™s common stock entered into agreements restricting the sale or transfer of shares of common stock during the 180-day period following the closing of the IPO. These agreements provided for an automatic extension in the event Convio announced that it will release earnings or other material news within the 15-day period following the originally-scheduled expiration of the agreements. These agreements were originally scheduled to expire on October 26, 2010. As a result of Convioa™s scheduled released of its earnings on November 4, 2010, the lock-up agreements described above will be automatically extended through November 21, 2010.
