(the aCompanya or aZooa) (NASDAQ CM: ZOOG), a developer and marketer of interactive entertainment software, today announced that it will release financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010, after the market closes on Wednesday, August 4, 2010. The Company will host a corresponding conference call with a live webcast on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time/1:30 p.m. Pacific time, to discuss those results and answer questions.
