CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) - Invicta Group, Inc. ([ http://www.ivitgroup.com ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ IVIT ]), parent company of STL Graphics Group and St. Louis Packaging, has been awarded the printing contract for the Precepts for Living Project for Urban Ministries, Inc. This is the third year STL has been awarded this contract. Precepts for Living is the annual Sunday School commentary targeting African American and urban churches for UMI. The African American market remains a strong area of growth for Christian publishers. The order includes 6 different books being used by tens of thousands of churches nationally.

Urban Ministries was founded in 1970 and is one of the largest independent religious publishers and media companies serving the African American Christian segment. UMI creates transformative media content based on biblical worldview that is especially empowering to the African and African American community. The company creates intimate products and services based on relationships with its institutional (church) and individual consumer markets. For more information on UMI's products visit [ www.urbanministries.com ].

One of the most important relationships a publisher has is with its printer and UMI has forged a partnership with STL Graphics that has helped them realize greater profitability. STL Graphics provided the convenience of one stop shopping at competitive rates. On Precepts alone, STL Graphic's services included printing of the commentary, the box in which UMI packages the CD version of Precepts, and the black binder with gold leaf embossing which is the trademark for the Pastor's Precept.

STL Graphics Group is a full-service web and sheet-fed printing group that has the capacity to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. STL Graphics uses the latest technologies to service a wide variety of businesses and projects. St. Louis Packaging is an established business that has been operating for over 12 years with extensive experience in industrial and retail packaging and customizable inventory management programs with 4 strategic warehouse locations nationwide. CEO of Urban Ministries, C. Jeffrey Wright, said, "STL has become one of our major vendors for unique items and our business continues to accomplish positive growth based on the continued strength of the African American church market and the unique role of print publishing in this segment. Educational resources in the African American church have been largely unaffected by digital technology and it is anticipated that this will continue for some time. In fact, large print resources, like with STL, are the fastest growing part of the UMI product line. I have been very pleased with STL's exceptional customer service and quality production and look forward to our continued relationship."

CEO of the Invicta Group, Paul Sorkin, said, "STL was given a chance to prove themselves with UMI and have now been awarded another new order because they continue to offer UMI quality products and services. Our team has significant experience and exceptional customer service. This will be the 5th year STL has been working with UMI in general and we look forward to continuing to meet and exceed their expectations."
