Cantronic Announces the Results of Its Annual and Special Meeting

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2009) - Cantronic Systems Inc. ("Cantronic" or the "Company) (TSX VENTURE:CTS) held its Annual and Special Meeting ("Meeting") on December 21st, 2009 and is pleased to announce that all resolutions brought before the Meeting were passed by the shareholders. The four directors elected to serve for the ensuing year were James Zahn, Kim Oishi, Jeff Yenyou Zheng, and Mark Mandell.

There was no other business brought forward at the meeting. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Dwayne Yaretz for his contribution in the past.
