CORONA, Calif., Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AVT, Inc. (formerly Automated Vending Technologies), (Pink Sheets: AVTC) announced today that it has acquired software rights, intellectual property and copyright material for "Vend Perfect" to use in conjunction with AVT designed and manufactured vending and product dispensing systems.

"The Vend Perfect software will equip and enable AVT manufactured vending systems to provide remote and real time sales data and information to vending operators," states founder Shannon Illingworth.
