

CA and Rocket Software Reach Settlement Regarding CA?s Claims of Copyright Infringement and Trade Secret Misappropriation
ISLANDIA, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--CA, Inc. (NASDAQ:CA) today announced that it has reached a settlement with Rocket Software, Inc. resolving CA's claims of copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation.
As part of the settlement, Rocket has agreed to license technology from CA, including source code authored several years ago and related trade secrets that were the subject of the litigation. Rocket has not admitted any wrongdoing in connection with this settlement and further terms were not disclosed. The case had been scheduled for jury selection on February 9.
