An Osage, Iowa teacher, Mrs. Jennifer Burright, has been honored with the Presidential Excellence Award for Mathematics and Science Teaching. This prestigious award, which comes with a $10,000 grant from the National Science Foundation, recognizes her outstanding contributions to education in STEM fields. Mrs. Burright, who teaches at Osage Community Schools, was celebrated for her innovative teaching methods and her ability to inspire students in science and mathematics.
