The agreement was signed in the first quarter of 2013.

Blue Shield of California (BSC) is one of the leading and most innovative health plans in one of the nation's most mature managed-care states. BSC will support Group, Individual and Medicare lines of business with CallidusCloud's ICM. The project will commence in the first quarter of 2013 and will target the replacement of a legacy system, which currently supports incentive payments to 20,000 external producers.
