LOS ANGELES--([ ])--Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP announces that all purchasers of the common stock of Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (aUbiquitia or the aCompanya) (NASDAQ:UBNT) between October 14, 2011 and August 9, 2012, inclusive (the aClass Perioda), have until November 6, 2012 to file a motion with the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff. The securities fraud class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Ubiquiti, together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, offers a portfolio of wireless networking products and solutions.
