ProntoForms, by TrueContext, chosen by Heartland Industries as Mobile Enterprise Workflow Solution

Mobile forms App transforms manufacturer's retail inspection and field data collection process

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 28, 2012) - TrueContext Mobile Solutions Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TMN), maker of ProntoForms®, a mobile data collection application, released its enterprise retail case study on Heartland Industries, detailing how it helped to transform the enterprise's data collection workflow in the field. In use by over 1,800 businesses, ProntoForms combines a mobile application (including signature/photo/barcode captures and geo/time stamps), Web portal and back office connectivity, to offer a packaged yet customizable smartphone and tablet mobile solution. ProntoForms easily integrates with any back office system and provides field workers with real-time dispatching, paperless collection and communication capabilities.

With its products featured in over 1,700 Lowes retail stores nationwide, Michigan-based Heartland Industries is the leading manufacturer of wood storage sheds, swing sets, gazebos and pergolas in the United States. Founded in 1975, Heartland Industries' field workers conduct store display model audits and provide store associates with product knowledge.

"The Heartland Industries deployment of ProntoForms was planned as a two-phase rollout. The first phase was a successful 25-user test. Subsequently, using the ProntoForms API, we were able to integrate the App with our SQL server. The final phase will be to deploy the tools to an additional 75 users in the field. ProntoForms has proven to be a great productivity tool for our field service team," says Andrew Elias, Heartland Industries IT Manager.

"The field auditing process is a demanding and critical process for any enterprise with retail products - improving speed and quality of reporting directly impacts sales volume. We're pleased that Heartland Industries has taken advantage of the ProntoForms dynamic features to improve their enterprise workflow." states Alvaro Pombo, TrueContext CEO.

Currently, Heartland Industries is examining additional ways in which ProntoForms can enhance its reporting and service levels within the organization, as well as some of its sister companies.
