LOS ANGELES--([ ])--Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP announces that it is investigating potential claims against ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc. (aModusLinka or the aCompanya) (NASDAQ:MLNK) concerning possible violations of federal securities laws. The investigation focuses on allegations that certain statements issued by the Company between December 4, 2008 and June 11, 2012, regarding ModusLinkas business, operations and financial condition were false and misleading.
