Mr. Leahy is also a non-executive director of ASX/AIM listed Continental Coal Ltd and a non-executive director of TSX-V listed Bacanora Minerals Ltd The Company also advises that Lady Barbara Judge and Mr. Bosse Gustafsson have resigned from their positions as directors, effective 30 April 2012.
