Branham Group Ranks Softchoice Among Canada's 10 Largest ICT Companies

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 27, 2012) - Softchoice Corporation (TSX:SO), a leading provider of technology solutions and services, has been recognized again on the Branham300, the definitive annual listing of the country's leading Information and Communications Technology (ICT) companies. In addition to being included alongside RIM, BCE and Rogers as one of Canada's top 10 largest ICT companies, Softchoice secured the number two spot on the list of the nation's leading Professional Services organizations.

"Our ranking on the Branham300 makes clear that we are a fundamentally different company than we were even a few short years ago," said David MacDonald, Softchoice President and CEO. "The Softchoice of today is capable of delivering complete technology solutions, from the design and implementation of mobility, client and data center solutions, to providing access to software applications through the cloud."

Softchoice has been deeply focused on augmenting its strength as a leading North American IT supplier with the addition of solution design and professional services capabilities. Softchoice's areas of expertise have grown to include the design and implementation of networking, server and storage virtualization as well as mobility and private cloud infrastructure solutions. Continuing on this path, Softchoice acquired UNIS LUMIN, a Gold Certified Cisco Networking and Managed Services Company, late in 2011. The company is also set to launch Softchoice Cloud, a new services offering that will make it simple for organizations to acquire, deploy and manage software-as-a-service applications through the cloud.

"This recognition honors the hard work of every employee at Softchoice and their commitment to increasing our value to customers," added Mr. MacDonald. "I'd like to thank our people for a remarkable year and for continuing to make Softchoice a place of growth and opportunity."
