LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Apr 27, 2012) - National Automation Services, Inc. ("NAS") ([ www.nasautomation.com ]) (OTCQB: [ NASV ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ NASV ]) today announced that they have secured the shareholder votes necessary to allow for the increase in authorized shares of common stock per the Form 14A Information Statement submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 2012. The second proposal, to create a class of preferred stock, was not approved.
