(Nasdaq: VECO) announced today that LED-IT Fusion Technology Research Center (LIFTRC) of Korea recently selected the TurboDisc K465ia" GaN Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) system for research and development of high brightness light emitting diodes (LEDs), including green LEDs and ultraviolet (UV) LEDs.
