LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2011) - American Community Development, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:ACDP) has commenced negotiations to acquire significant oil and gas production with significant additional proven reserves; from CJSC Chedty Neft of Russia. ACDP expects to execute a Letter of Intent shortly at which time more details will be announced.
