NICE (NASDAQ: NICE), today announced that it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders Quadrant of the October 2011 "Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Workforce Optimization" (WFO) report, as based on completeness of vision and ability to execute.[1]
