IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadcom Corporation (NASDAQ: [ BRCM ]), a global innovation leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, today announced that it will provide a live webcast for its annual Analyst Day event and invites investors to listen to it beginning at 9:30 a.m. PT (12:30 p.m. ET) Wednesday, December 14, 2011.  Broadcom's Analyst Day includes a series of presentations by the company's executive team.  It is expected that the presentations will conclude at approximately 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET).

Broadcom will also present at the following fourth quarter 2011 investor conferences:

• Wells Fargo Securities 2011 Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on Tuesday, November 8. Broadcom's presentation begins at 9:05 a.m. ET at the New York Palace Hotel in New York;
• UBS Global Technology and Services Conference on Thursday, November 17. Broadcom's presentation begins at 10 a.m. ET at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York;
• Credit Suisse Annual Technology Conference on Tuesday, November 29. Broadcom's presentation begins at 3 p.m. MT at the Phoenician Hotel in Scottsdale, Ariz.;
• Robert W. Baird & Co. 2011 Technology Conference on Tuesday, November 29. Broadcom's presentation begins at 4:05 p.m. PT at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco.
