VANCOUVER, July 26, 2011 /CNW/ - OSI Geospatial Inc. ("the Company" or "OSI") (TSXV: OSI) announces the resignations of Mr. Steve Barnett and Mr. Adam Chowaniec as Directors of the Company.
OSI is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Prashant Pathak and Mr. Charles Stott to the Board.
Mr. Pathak is currently the Managing Partner of ReichmannHauer Capital Partners ("RCP") based in Toronto, Canada and a director of the Business Development Bank of Canada. Mr. Pathak, has been recognised as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40TM, he was a Partner of McKinsey and Company and one of the leaders in the Telecom and Technology Practice, the Canadian Financial Institutions Practice and the Corporate Finance and Strategic Practice. He also spent nearly seven years working in various technologically focused management and operational positions at Halliburton and Schlumberger.
Mr. Stott is co-founder and Managing Director for ValuePoint Solutions, an aerospace and defense strategy consulting firm based out of New Hampshire. Mr. Stott spent a good portion of his career in the defense and technology space, and most recently was the Vice President of Corporate Development for Raytheon Company where he led the merger, acquisition and divestiture activity. He also served as Vice President of Business Development and Technology for Raytheon's Commercial Electronics division. Prior to joining Raytheon, Mr. Stott was the President and GM of Techsonic Industries, and Managing Director and Vice President of Cobra Electronics Corporation.
