America's Job Exchange: America's Job Exchange Announces Partnership With Hire A Hero
ANDOVER, MA--(Marketwire - June 28, 2010) - America's Job Exchange (AJE), the premier online resource for diverse candidates and specialized recruiting solutions, today announced a partnership with HireAHero.org, a national program that provides free employment services for returning service members and their families. Members of Hire A Hero (HAH) will have full access to AJE's vast network of diverse jobs on the HAH website, including opportunities specifically marketed to veterans. Job postings on the HAH site will also be integrated into the AJE database.
The collaboration grew from a commonality between the two companies. Both AJE and HAH aim to assist the greater veteran community with the often difficult and rapid transition from active service to civilian life by providing meaningful career prospects and resources. As a premier partner and a veteran of the recruiting industry, AJE has the capability to supply HAH members with an extensive pool of opportunities to aid them in their search for employment. In addition, HAH's 190,000 registered veterans, coupled with their robust job content, is a complement to AJE's powerful diversity and OFCCP-compliance solutions.
As a result of the partnership, clients of AJE will benefit from an even stronger OFCCP-compliance outreach. With the addition of the HAH postings, they will also have access to more diversity recruiting opportunities.
"After meeting with Hire A Hero and recognizing what an impact their services have made on assisting veterans in the workforce, I realized their goals were very much in line with AJE's own heritage of helping ex-military find jobs," said Rathin Sinha, President of America's Job Exchange. "This partnership strengthens both of our ambitions and offerings. What's more, we're thrilled to be able to offer our clients access to Hire A Hero's rich network of veterans."
"We are excited to work with AJE and promote their military friendly jobs to our community," said Rob Barr, Executive Director of Hire A Hero. "It's important to work with organizations that value the sacrifices our veterans have endured so that we can help them transition successfully into a rewarding career when they come home."

About HireAHero.org
In 2006 the Armed Forces Support Foundation (501(c)(3) was created, along with Hire A Hero, to provide free employment services to returning service members and their families. Hire A Hero was created as an online professional networking site that provides employment services specifically geared towards meeting the employment needs of returning military members and their families.
Over the past three years, Hire A Hero has grown into a nationwide resource the connects the growing number of unemployed veterans with job opportunities, education, training, social services, and counseling with the goal of providing consistent support through the veteran's career. Hire A Hero has had over 190,000 veterans register and has helped 3 out of 10 veterans find a career. These placement achievements are based on using web 2.0 professional network technology that creates a platform to allow the veterans to connect with other veterans.
