ANDOVER, MA--(Marketwire - June 28, 2010) - America's Job Exchange (AJE), the premier online resource for diverse candidates and specialized recruiting solutions, today announced a partnership with HireAHero.org, a national program that provides free employment services for returning service members and their families. Members of Hire A Hero (HAH) will have full access to AJE's vast network of diverse jobs on the HAH website, including opportunities specifically marketed to veterans. Job postings on the HAH site will also be integrated into the AJE database.
The collaboration grew from a commonality between the two companies. Both AJE and HAH aim to assist the greater veteran community with the often difficult and rapid transition from active service to civilian life by providing meaningful career prospects and resources. As a premier partner and a veteran of the recruiting industry, AJE has the capability to supply HAH members with an extensive pool of opportunities to aid them in their search for employment. In addition, HAH's 190,000 registered veterans, coupled with their robust job content, is a complement to AJE's powerful diversity and OFCCP-compliance solutions.
As a result of the partnership, clients of AJE will benefit from an even stronger OFCCP-compliance outreach. With the addition of the HAH postings, they will also have access to more diversity recruiting opportunities.
