(Pink Sheets:BLVT) (aBulovaTecha or the aCompanya) announced today that its SEC filings are now complete through a atransitionala 10-Q, for September 30, 2008. The Company had to bring its delinquent filings (for 2006, 2007 and 2008) current prior to filing its 10-Qs and 10-K for 2009, as well as 10-Qs for 2010.

The 2009 10-Qs will be filed sequentially, followed by the 2009 10-K.
