OMAHA, NE--(Marketwire - May 25, 2010) - iSECUREtrac Corp (OTCBB: [ ISEC ]), an industry leader in electronic monitoring solutions, announced the results of its most recent customer satisfaction survey of existing and past clients conducted during the month of April via a third party polling application. The results demonstrated a high level of customer satisfaction with iSECUREtrac's Solutions Center, their ability to support customer needs, and customers' likeliness to recommend the company and its services to other agencies; a marked improvement over the results from a year ago.

Strong satisfaction numbers were reported for Solutions Center staff knowledge, ability to solve problems, and quick responses to inquiries and questions. In addition, the survey found that the number of respondents who were "Satisfied or Very Satisfied" with the professionalism of the Solutions Center staff increased 17%.

Most meaningful, however, is the 24% increase in customers who ranked their overall customer satisfaction as "Satisfied or Very Satisfied" with the majority of that improvement coming from the Very Satisfied category.
