Propalms, Inc. Enters Into Technical Partnership With Leading Japanese Software Design and Implementation Company

MALTON, ENGLAND--(Marketwire - May 13, 2010) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ PRPM ]) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a technical partnership agreement with AIR Company, Ltd., a leading Japanese software design and implementation company. AIR are currently selling their products to companies ranging right up to Japan's largest enterprises and they will be providing Propalms' product line, Propalms TSE 6.0 and VPN 3.5, into their existing customers as well as finding new markets.

AIR has been in business for over 25 years focusing primarily on design, development, implementation, and localization of customized software for its clients. Before entering the virtualization market, the company generated its revenue primarily from developing solutions for software security, email, and archiving technologies. AIR has created a new sales and technical support division as a result of its new relationship with Propalms. Propalms recently upgraded its TSE 6.0 product in order to better support Microsoft's R2 Operating System.

Propalms recently announced that the Company will be holding its annual shareholders' meeting on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 2 pm GMT. The meeting will be held at Propalms' main European office located at Unit 4, Park Farm Courtyard, Easthorpe, Malton, North Yorkshire, England. The agenda for this year's shareholder meeting will be resolutions to renew the current Board of Directors agreements with Company, and a motion to retain Propalms' Certified Public Accountants for another year.
