TROY, MI--(Marketwire - October 19, 2009) - Viper Networks, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ VPER ]) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Trimax Wireless, Inc., a privately-held developer and manufacturer of a complete line of modular wireless broadband infrastructure equipment for metropolitan scale wireless networks. The Company expects to finish their due diligence and close this transaction by November 30, 2009.
